I created this site in response to the 11th September terrorist attacks.

Now, the Institute of Science, Technology and Public Policy from MUM in America has submitted a formal proposal to the US Department of Defence for a scheme to prevent terrorism. The technologies and policies in that proposal are one that I fully support and they encapsulate what I have been trying to explain on this site.

Read it here or from any page where you see this , if you don't read anything else today, at least read that. It contains a simplified version of the proposal put to the US DOD.
