Strategies to eradicate terrorism without the need for war or violence

A free public meeting with important and informative speakers at the 

Town Hall, St Aldates, Oxford Centre
Tuesday, 4 December, 7 pm

Speakers include

  • Dr. Ghayasuddin Siddiqui: Leader of the Muslim Parliament of Great Britain, Writer and Community Figure.
  • Dr. Scilla Elworthy: Director of Oxford Research Group, three times nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, and producer of a Book of Fifty Effective Non-violent Interventions in Conflict.
  • Mr. Barry Coates: Director of the World Development Movement, which is an Organisation campaigning to achieve justice for the World's poor.
  • Mr. Pritam Singh: a Senior Lecturer in Economics at Oxford Brookes University, and Green Party Parliamentary Election Candidate for Oxford East, June 2001
  • Dr. Geoffrey Clements: Chairman of Maharishi Foundation, and Physicist
  • Mr. Nigel Barlow: A Leading Management Authority, and Author will chair the meeting

Each speaker will have ten minutes to explain their strategy, followed by brief questions from the floor. All speakers will have the chance to answer, or comment on each question.
