This one is easy and looks very useful. Not only can you fax your MP but you can see what he has said in Parliament too.

Just go to

www.faxyourmp.com

and follow instructions. It would be best to have your message typed up in a word processor or something first as you have to type your message in while online. So compose it in your word processor, then go online, select your MP and then copy and paste your message into the box.

It is free, quick and apparently well received by MP's.

I tried it with my postcode - for that is how you select your MP - and got this on top of the faxing facility:
