1. Select a Project from one of the Project screens. Optionally select one or more Opportunities from the Projects detail screen
  2. Invoke the template from the shortcut described above
  3. Check that the right project is selected and choose which detail sections to include in the briefing
  4. Click the "Create Doc" button

    How do you run it?

    Your data is secure: the user must be logged on to Siebel
    A Word document is created, named, saved and optionally attached to an email. Add "To's" and "CC's" and send the email
    The Word document can also be saved into the Siebel Project or Account to record a snapshot of the status of the Project.
