    WRC Solutions must have access to a Siebel agent's PC and the client's site IM infrastructure for the mandatory and optional customisations and for any support work required.
    Client IM involvement: 1 day
    Client rollout: included in "Client IM involvement"
    Client training – Agents: 15 minutes each
    Client training – Trainer: 1 hour
    Client training – Business Process: 2 hours. Top  
    Supplied on a monthly rental per Siebel user "seat"
    Mandatory and optional customisations quoted on an individual basis
    Business Process and Trainer training quoted on an individual basis. Top
    Support is vital to any business. Specific client requirements are agreed and then support is provided to meet the required service level. Support is therefore quoted on an individual basis. Top
